How do diaper clutches and Autism go together? TOP
They are 2 things I care about alot. I love sewing and the business I have created, but I also have a family member with Autism and want to be able to donate towards research/awareness. That's why i donate 10% of all sales (not including shipping and handling) to one of the following organizations:
April is National Autism Awareness month and during that time I will donate 20% of my sales.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
Most orders are custom made and are shipped within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped first class/priority unless otherwise specified. If you need your order faster, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate you. Faster shipping is available, but please contact us prior to ordering to set this up.
What are my payment options? TOP
At this time we only accept payments made through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to send payment (instructions will be given during the checkout process).
Do I need to pay shipping if I live local? TOP
Pick up arrangements must be made prior to ordering. Please contact us if you would like more information about the availability of this service. All orders will still need to be completed through our safe and secure online shopping cart, and shipping charges will be refunded to the customer after the order is complete.
Do you have sales or special offers? TOP
GNG Baby will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
What is your return policy? TOP
Custom orders (and personalized products --- coming soon) are one-of-a-kind items that have been tailor-made to your specifications, and cannot be returned.
Please note: since all products are handcrafted, each item is a unique creation. Products may appear slightly different than the images viewed on our site due to pattern placement on the fabric, and color/resolution variances from monitor to monitor
I really like your bags but don’t see a fabric that matches my current diaper bag/color scheme. Do you do total custom designs? TOP
Yes we can. Email me with pictures of your color scheme and I will work with you to create a total custom bag. There may be an up-charge depending on fabric sources.
